Just me. Relational Databases

I am no longer accepting work through this website.

I have all I can do and have time for my family.

This document has a rather abstract purpose. It's my farewell to people I've never really known. I am no longer accepting work through this website. I have all the work I can do while maintaining my self-imposed standards. There is no longer any contact information on the site.

If you have navigated to this web page to offer work, thank you for considering me but my plate is already full. My current customers know how to reach me. I will maintain the site during the foreseeable future, but it is no longer useful to the general public.

I am in fact doing a major renovation of LinuxFamily.org for the fourth time. This time the purpose is to return it to the original, non-commercial mission. It will be finished when it's finished. I have made some friends through this site and managed to help a few people which is reward enough. I will still be around, but this site is no longer a business venture.

To the hounds who continue to plague me with generous offers to restructure my site to their ingenious specifications, I fervently wish you would go away. LinuxFamily.org has always been an extension of my personality and work ethics. I established it 10 years ago in an humble attempt to put something back into the Linux community from which I benefited so much. I don't want or need your magnificent skills and services. This paragraph probably won't accomplish any more than a "No Solicitation" sign, but it makes me feel better.

Proverbs 27:26 - The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.

I suppose that might be a stretch, but it seems to me a valid application of scripture. You spammers think hard and it will come to you. It will be humorous if you corrupt your "harvested" (stolen) mailto email addresses with the footer on this page.

To my friends, call me up and say hello or drop me an email. I'll still be around doing what I do best, which is writing code. The coffee pot is hot and I always enjoy catching up! To my friends, classmates and teammates from A&M University: Yeah, I know my grammar is still horrible and I speak in the first person way too much. You can't really call me a rebel though, because I work too hard. I prefer to think I have managed to retain some semblance of individuality (as opposed to mindless conformity) in my writing. Seeya guys!

Matthew 13

44 ¶ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

Isaiah 12

2 Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Nehemiah 8

10 Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
